1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings and services provided by Via Dulcis Escapes LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By booking travel with us, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms represent a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. Please review them carefully before making a booking.

2. Services Provided

We act solely as an independent travel agency, arranging reservations and bookings with third-party travel suppliers such as airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, car rental companies, and tour operators.

We do not own, operate, or control these suppliers and therefore cannot be held responsible for their acts, omissions, or services.

Your booking is subject to both our Terms and the terms and conditions of the applicable suppliers.

3. Client Responsibilities

Provide complete and accurate information, including names exactly as they appear on passports or other government-issued identification, travel details, and payment information.

Review all itineraries, invoices, and travel documents upon receipt and immediately notify us of any errors or discrepancies.

Ensure that you have valid passports, visas, entry documents, health certificates, vaccinations, and any other required documentation prior to departure.

Comply with all laws, regulations, and requirements of the destinations you visit.

4. Payments & Fees

A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure reservations. The amount of the deposit varies by supplier and will be communicated to you.

Final payment deadlines vary by supplier and will be specified at the time of booking. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your reservation.

Payments made to Via Dulcis Escapes LLC are forwarded to travel suppliers. We are not responsible for supplier failures or insolvencies.

Our professional planning or service fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellation requests must be submitted to Via Dulcis Escapes LLC in writing via email.

Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the policies and discretion of the travel supplier(s). We cannot guarantee refunds for services provided by third parties.

Our service fees and deposits are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against cancellation penalties and unforeseen events.

6. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment in the event of trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, baggage loss, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If you choose to decline travel insurance, you assume full responsibility for any financial losses incurred.

7. Supplier Terms & Conditions

Each travel supplier has its own terms, conditions, and policies regarding bookings, cancellations, refunds, and other matters.

It is your responsibility to review and comply with the terms of all applicable suppliers.

8. Limitation of Liability

Via Dulcis Escapes LLC is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.

We are not liable for events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, delays, or government actions.

We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or expense arising from your travel arrangements.

Your use of our services is at your sole risk.

9. Changes & Modifications

We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries, suppliers, or arrangements as necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Additional costs resulting from such changes, including fare increases or penalties, are the responsibility of the Client.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Taney County, Missouri.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By booking travel services with Via Dulcis Escapes LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using our services.
